Jonathan Wilcon represents developers, lenders, and investors on project financings, tax equity partnerships, sales, and acquisitions of renewable energy generation projects. Jonathan also advises clients on secured and unsecured commercial loans, asset-backed financings, back-leverage financings, and other business and financial matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a recipient of the full-tuition Monrad Paulsen Scholarship. He was also a staff editor and the business manager of the Cardozo Law Review, a member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic, and an award-winning Moot Court oralist. Before attending law school, Jonathan was a trial preparation assistant in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
