C. ("Kari") Krusmark
Kari Krusmark works with clients on structuring and negotiating various technology and related transactions across a variety of industries, including apparel, automotive, consumer products, energy, entertainment, financial services, food service, healthcare, insurance, logistics, semiconductor, technology, and utilities.
Kari’s practice focuses on cloud service agreements; information technology outsourcing (ITO) services; business process outsourcing (BPO) services; systems implementation and integration; application development, licensing, and maintenance; consulting services; transitional services; strategic alliances; OEM and reseller arrangements; contract manufacturing; and the purchase and sale of goods and services.
Kari also advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex outsourcing and commercial transactions, helping clients navigate the full outsourcing lifecycle—from the RFP stage through renegotiation, dispute resolution, and termination. Her ITO experience includes application development and maintenance, infrastructure, end user computing, help desk and call center operations, IT security, and managed networks. Kari’s BPO experience covers facilities management, finance and accounting, claims processing and other back-office functions, human resources, logistics and distribution, and procurement.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kari was a corporate and technology transactions partner at another global law firm. Prior to attending law school, Kari worked for several years in the marketing and advertising industry.
