Kevin Regan
Kevin advises clients on complex commercial litigation and collective actions, regulatory investigations, and privacy and cybersecurity matters in the United Kingdom. In particular, Kevin has advised clients extensively on litigation before the Commercial Court and various branches of the High Court in London. Kevin advises clients across a range of industries including financial services, transport, energy, and technology. Kevin advises clients on contentious privacy and cybersecurity matters in the UK, in particular EU and UK data protection (GDPR), eprivacy, and content moderation (UK Online Safety Act).
Kevin is a solicitor advocate with Higher Rights of Audience. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kevin worked at a Magic Circle firm in London.
