Lea Giotto counsels clients on commercial and regulatory matters in the energy and infrastructure space. Lea helps hyperscalers and utilities structure, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements that support power generation and mission-critical infrastructure development for data centers. Lea also represents project sponsors and lenders in the development and financings of wind energy, solar energy, natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plants, thermal and battery energy storage, transportation projects, and natural gas processing and storage facilities. She also has experience helping clients through investigations and enforcement proceedings before federal regulatory agencies, wholesale markets issues, rate matters, and cybersecurity regulations affecting energy infrastructure.

While in law school, Lea served as an academic mentor to other law students and served as the notes and comments editor of The Catholic University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Lea worked in consulting, where she advised clients operating in the energy industry on public affairs and litigation communications matters.
