Megan L. Lipsky

Megan L. Lipsky represents and advises clients on labor and employment matters, including Title VII and OSHA matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Megan served as a law clerk for Judge Heidi M. Pasichow on the District of Columbia Superior Court. Megan received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with the highest pro bono honors and the Dean’s Certificate for outstanding service to the Law Center community.

Extended Profile

In law school, Megan served as the senior executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and an intern for Judge Florence Y. Pan of the District of Columbia Superior Court. Megan also interned for an Administrative Judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Washington Field Office and was a member of the inaugural class of RISE Fellows, a Georgetown Law initiative designed to serve incoming J.D. students from backgrounds historically underrepresented in the legal profession.

Prior to attending law school, Megan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami where she was named the Outstanding Political Science Student in the class of 2018.
