Natacha Massih represents institutional property owners, investors, lenders, and other operators of real estate in commercial real estate transactions both regionally and nationally. Natacha regularly advises on transactions relating to the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of different commercial property types, including multifamily housing, office buildings, industrial complexes, retail centers, mixed-use projects, and parcels of vacant land. She also represents developers and energy companies on all aspects of real estate matters in connection with the acquisition, construction, development, and financing of renewable power generation projects. Natacha is admitted in Massachusetts only, and her practice is supervised by NY Bar members.
