Nagwa Hultquist
Nagwa Hultquist focuses her practice on complex product liability, toxic tort, wrongful death, and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts. Well versed in high-stakes, sophisticated litigation that can present an enterprise risk to organizations, Nagwa represents prominent national and international corporations, publicly held, privately owned, or those managing capitalized corporate liability acquisition platforms. Nagwa co-leads the firm’s premier asbestos litigation practice and is focused on developing and implementing bespoke litigation management strategies on behalf of all the firm’s major asbestos defense representations.
Nagwa sits on the board of the Morgan Lewis Foundation. Previously, she served on the firm’s Advisory Board, the Promotions and Inclusion Committees, and was the litigation practice’s Washington, DC office leader for six years.
