Nicola C.M. Sullivan represents lenders, developers, hoteliers, and management companies in all aspects of real estate transactions. She works on a variety of transactions including both acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, financing arrangements, management agreements, and development projects. Nicola also advises clients on the formation of new business entities and joint-ventures.
Responsive, engaged and proactive, Nicola believes in a tailored approach that caters to each client’s individual needs. Holistic in her view points, she addresses her clients’ immediate needs while balancing their long-term business goals. Nicola is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and enjoys organizing networking events for emerging leaders in the industry.
Previously, Nicola worked as an associate at a regional law firm, where she focused on hospitality and recreation. As part of the commercial real estate group, she advised clients regarding the purchase and sale of hotels, franchise agreements, and construction contracts.
Representing the Berkshire Group as real estate counsel on their various acquisitions and financing of multifamily apartment complexes throughout the United States.
Representing American Campus Communities (NYSE:ACC) in leasing transactions on college and university campuses in multiple states for the development and management of student residences and mixed use projects.
Represented Palladin Consumer Partners in the acquisition and leasing of Pure Barre studios in the greater New York metropolitan area.
