Remuneration in the Financial Services Sector

18 сентября 2013 г.
01:00 Eastern Daylight Time

As a consequence of recent changes introduced at the European level (including the Capital Requirements Directive IV and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive), employers within the financial services sector will be required to review the way in which they remunerate many of their highest-paid employees.

The "cap" on bonuses for specified classes of employees within the financial services sector will take effect from 1 January 2014, and the implementation of other restrictions on remuneration is imminent.

Join us for an invitation-only roundtable that will provide affected organisations with a platform for frank discussion on developing a commercially workable and legally robust approach to the challenge that these changes represent. Chatham House Rule will apply.
