The US Patent & Trademark office shows that the number of AIA petitions filed in FY 2015 is more than 75 times higher than the number of CMBs and IPRs that were initiated in 2012. Moreover, after four years of operation, now is the perfect time to analyze trends and developments in the PTAB trials.
