PBI’s Internet Law Update 2016

This update offered practical information on the impact of the Web on business and intellectual property law. 

Partner Peter Watt-Morse served as a course planner and also presented two panels, the first of which provided an update on Copyright and Trademark law changes related to the Internet including the Internet White Paper from the Copyright Office and domain name issues. The second panel focused on an introduction to Cloud Computing, including the examples and economic drives and review of contract related issues and data access and security matters.
