Firm Chair Jami McKeon served as a panelist at Mentor Factor 2016, a professional development program for high-potential women in the banking industry hosted by American Banker, on May 2 in New York.
The all-day event brings together women from across the financial arena for education and professional development opportunities, with themes including mentoring, professional relationship-building, and issues in financial services. Ms. McKeon spoke on the panel called "Putting Courageous Leadership into Practice – Inspiration from Outside Banking," with fellow panelists Cindy Solomon, CEO of Cindy Solomon & Associates; Anita Santos, vice president of marketing at Tyco Security Products; and Mary Lou Quinlan, TV host, actress, and CEO/founder of Just Ask a Woman.
