Labor and Employment partners Eric Bord, Eleanor Pelta, and James Vazquez-Azpiri will join the American Immigration Law Association’s EMEA Spring Conference, taking place in Brussels on May 2-5, 2017.
James and Eric will present on immigration issues facing entrepreneurs, including the status of Two Year Parole for Entrepreneurs, startups in the E-2 context, L Visa extensions, and more. Eleanor will present on two topics; the first will cover new US executive orders on immigration, and the second will cover use of the O Visa for individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement.
