2018 ACI Drug & Medical Device Litigation Boot Camp

John Lavelle will conduct a seminar on “Shaping the Pleadings: Best Practices on How to Use Motion Practice to Shape the Litigation and Battlefields” at the 2018 ACI Drug & Medical Device Litigation Boot Camp in Philadelphia.

He will provide insights into effectively using motions to dismiss, demurrers, and preemption challenges to appropriately narrow the case(s) and increase likelihood of success in the litigation. Additionally, he will address key trends with Iqbal and Twombly. Finally, he will discuss removal strategy and forum/venue challenges.
