The change in the US administration is expected to significantly alter the landscape of immigration adjudication and enforcement in the United States. Please join members of our immigration team for a one-hour webinar examining some of the changes that President-elect Joe Biden’s administration could make to US business immigration policy, recent USCIS and DOL regulatory changes, and immigration in post-Brexit Europe. We will discuss how these changes could affect multinational employers in both the short- and long-term.

Topics will include:

  • A review of the recent prevailing wage and H1B interim final regulations, and H1B Cap regulation
  • Possible reversal of Trump administration executive orders, regulatory initiatives, and policy directives (Public charge, H-1B changes, DACA, travel bans, etc.)
  • Other potential immigration changes that may be implemented by the Biden administration
  • Legislation vs. regulation and what a new administration can do
  • UK immigration post-Brexit
