2022 United Arab Emirates Legal Update Lunchtime Series

There have been significant legislative changes introduced in 2021 that will directly impact the manner in which companies can continue to operate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) beginning January 2022. Sweeping changes to both the criminal and civil laws require immediate compliance by companies. Our team will explain how you may be affected.

Our team will address the most significant changes in our 2022 UAE Legal Update Lunchtime Series. Our event will be a series of four one-hour lunch time sessions each Tuesday for four consecutive weeks.

Our UAE team will outline and discuss the most important legal changes in employment, immigration, intellectual property, data protection, white collar crime and cyber crime, anti money laundering (AML) and corruption, civil procedure, and company laws. With the introduction of substantial amendments to the Penal Code, along with the introduction of additional anti-money laundering legislation and cyber crime laws, this session will outline those changes companies must be aware of in order to comply.
