FCLC’s Federal Enforcement Trends in Digital Assets & Crypto

Partner Kelly Gibson will speak on the Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (FCLC) presentation of “Federal Enforcement Trends in Digital Assets & Crypto.”

Kelly will speak alongside Peter D. Hardy, co-leader of the anti-money laundering team at Ballard Spahr, and Gina M. Parlovecchio, a partner at Mayer Brown and former chief of the International Narcotics and Money Laundering Section for the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. FCLC executive committee member and Ballard Spahr partner Terence M. Grugan will be moderating the panel discussion.
