The 2022 CFIUS and FDI Symposium

This year we had a half day of presentations and discussions on some of the most compelling issues related to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and the state of government reviews on global foreign direct investment (FDI). Panelists included authorities and representatives from the agencies responsible for CFIUS.

The symposium followed the Chatham House Rule, where we encourage inclusive and open dialogue throughout. This is not your average CFIUS 101 event, but an in-depth discussion on CFIUS and FDI topics.
