Litigation partner Meredith Auten will be speaking on the panel Civil Enforcement Through the False Claims Act: A Practitioner’s Perspective. The Qui Tam Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) is hosting a program designed for law students, law clerks, and new lawyers to learn about the practice of civil enforcement law from insiders’ perspectives.

Meredith will be joined by the Deputy Chief of Affirmative Civil Enforcement for the US Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and partners from SeegerWeiss LLP and Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti LLP.
