Amy will join Kim van Doorn, risk and compliance executive; Lisa Fine, senior director of global ethics and compliance, Pearson; and Michael Ortwein, chief compliance officer and assistant general counsel, General Motors on the panel Measuring Ethical Culture: What’s Meaningful, What’s Not. The panel will discuss the importance of organizational culture, who is responsible for shaping it, how to reinforce a culture of compliance, ways to measure its effectiveness, and strategies for navigating the challenges that integration activities may bring. Amy’s panel is on May 7 from 1:45–2:45 pm ET.
Katie’s panel, Breakfast Session: Navigating U.S. Inbound and Outbound Trade Controls in 2026: Strategic Insights for Senior Compliance Leaders, will provide an overview of recent developments in US trade controls, including key changes to tariffs, sanctions programs, and enforcement trends. The breakfast session will focus on practical strategies for managing evolving compliance risks, the impact of shifting trade policies on global operations, and anticipated challenges for 2026 and beyond. Katie’s discussion is on May 7 from 8:30–9:30 am ET.
