The Executive Compensation Academy is a series of webinars designed to provide both public and private companies with a refresher on the basics of executive compensation topics that all companies encounter in their day-to-day administration of their executive compensation plans and programs. The webinars will cover the basics in the areas of Internal Revenue Code Section 409A and deferred compensation arrangements; employment agreements and severance agreements; and equity compensation grants. The webinars will be led by executive compensation lawyers.
The program is set up so that each session is self-contained. Participants can pick topics of particular interest or relevance or attend the entire series. The program is geared toward learning in an efficient and convenient format.
