IRVINE, Calif., May 14, 2014: BRG Sports, Inc., a leading designer, developer and marketer of branded sports equipment, protective products and related accessories based in Scotts Valley, Calif., on May 13 announced that it has acquired C-Preme Ltd., a leading designer and developer of protective helmets and sporting goods for children, teens and adults. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Morgan Lewis served as C-Preme’s legal advisor on the transaction led by Business and Finance Practice partner Bryan Gadol and including senior attorney Wendy Kottmeier and associate Cindy Dole. Also assisting on the transaction were Business and Finance partner Peter Watt-Morse, Tax Practice partner Paul Gordon, Intellectual Property Practice partner Carla Oakley and Litigation Practice partner Mortimer Hartwell.
