Mr. Morris is co-head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice and focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions for clients across numerous industries. He also advises clients on joint ventures, strategic alliances, private placements, commercial contracts, and general corporate and compliance matters. He advises clients across a variety of industries with a particular focus on transactions in the energy, infrastructure and food and beverages sectors, including those involving both publicly traded and privately held corporations, and has represented both strategic and financial acquirers and targets.
