LONDON and PARIS, January 6, 2016: Morgan Lewis represented the European leader in local digital communications, SoLocal Group, in its acquisition of Effilab SAS, a Paris-based search engine and social network advertising agency. The transaction closed on December 23, 2015 and was announced on January 5, 2016.
Morgan Lewis partner Stephen Walters led the team advising SoLocal Group on the transaction. Support was provided by partners Olivier Chambord and Sabine Smith-Vidal. Associates Charles Dauthier, Xavier Haranger, Victoria Régis and Allison Soilihi also contributed to the transaction.
