PRINCETON, June 2, 2017: Morgan Lewis represented SK Capital Partners in its acquisition of Tri-TexCo Inc., a Canadian-based specialty chemical company and D.B. Western Inc.-Texas, an owner and operator of a formaldehyde and formaldehyde derivatives plant located in Texas. In the latter transaction, the firm advised SK Capital Partners on the $132 million acquisition as well as the debt financing.
