HOUSTON, September 11, 2017: Morgan Lewis received recommendations in the Banking and Finance; Corporate and M&A; and Projects and Energy categories of The Legal 500 Latin America 2017 guide, released last week.
In addition to the firm’s inclusion in three specialty areas of the annual guide (International Firm section), six Morgan Lewis partners were recognized in the practice categories below, including three who were recommended in a new category for the first time.
Lawyer Recommendations
This year’s The Legal 500 Latin America guide comprises a review of more than 600 commercial law firms across 18 key regional jurisdictions (as well as those engaged in international practice). Research for the competitive guide includes an extensive client and peer review process, with researchers interviewing more than 10,000 lawyers and vetting roughly 250,000 client references to identify and rank the particular strengths and capabilities of leading law firms and lawyers who practice in Latin America.
