PHILADELPHIA, July 10, 2018: Morgan Lewis recently represented independent petroleum refiner and marketer HollyFrontier Corporation (NYSE: HFC) in its acquisition of Red Giant Oil Company.
Announced today, the deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2018. Red Giant, a private family-owned lubricants company, describes itself as one of the largest suppliers of locomotive engine oil in North America.
