MIAMI, November 9, 2018: Morgan Lewis partner Robert M. Brochin and associates Ann Kerr Stewart and Clay M. Leveraging 30 years of trial experience and a decade of high-level public service in state government, Mr. Brochin represents clients facing complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters in a range of areas, including real estate and financial services. Mr. Brochin currently serves as the managing partner of Morgan Lewis’s Miami office.
A litigator, Ms. Stewart focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Her representation of clients has involved matters relating to intellectual property, securities, and various commercial issues, including business torts, contracts, and injunctive relief.
Mr. Carlton represents clients in commercial claims relating to business and corporate disputes, including class actions. He has experience handling matters involving torts, consumer fraud, unfair trade practices, injunctive relief, and product liability claims.
