Morgan Lewis partner Bruce Johnston was interviewed by Boersen-Zeitung, a daily German newspaper, about the move away from the LIBOR rate and use of the new SONIA rate. Bruce commented on the deadline for the end of LIBOR, noting that it is “a lot closer than most people are ready for” and there are “no market standards for SONIA loans.”
