Morgan Lewis partner Harry Johnson spoke with Inside Higher ED about the reversal of a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) decision that had given the board jurisdiction over faculty members at religious colleges and universities. “In terms of the reasoning, this is 300 percent right,” said Harry, who wrote the dissent on this case while serving on the NLRB. “This is right on the law, right on the matter of practicality and right on the matter of agency deference to courts.”
