Partner Eric Bord was named an Immigration Trailblazer by The National Law Journal. The annual list honors lawyers who act as agents of change in their practice areas.
Eric, head of the firm’s immigration compliance and risk management practice, spoke about his experience moving from working as a sole practitioner to a large law firm. He also discussed the current issues facing the practice of immigration law as a whole. Speaking about the need for lawyers to navigate the lack of transparency from immigration agencies, Eric noted, “A country founded by immigrants needs to ensure that justice and opportunity for immigrants remain at our core.”
