PHILADELPHIA, October 11, 2021: Morgan Lewis represented Pentec Health Inc. in an acquisition by Wellspring Capital Management.
Pentec Health is a provider of patient-specific, compounded sterile medications used in dialysis centers and through nursing services for in-home targeted drug delivery. Wellspring is a private equity firm that has raised more than $4.5 billion of initial capital commitments.
