CHICAGO, December 16, 2021: Morgan Lewis advised Vivid Seats, an online ticket marketplace, on its acquisition of Betcha Sports, a real money sports app with social and gamification features. The acquisition of Betcha will allow Vivid Seats to extend its marketplace technology into the online gaming sector, empowering millions of Vivid Seats customers to participate in daily fantasy gaming in a new way. The acquisition closed December 13, 2021.
Morgan Lewis partners Baird Fogel, Dana Gross, Ezra Dodd Church, and Michael Ryan, and associate Jonathan Goodwill, advised Vivid Seats on the deal.
