NEW YORK, February 13, 2023: Morgan Lewis partner Thomas Mellor has been elected a Fellow in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. Tom represents clients in structuring and negotiating a broad variety of finance transactions in the United States and globally. His induction follows a nomination by the nominating committee, endorsement from the executive committee, and election by the board of regents.
The American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers is dedicated to promoting the field of commercial finance law through education, legislative reform, and the recognition of distinguished practitioners, jurists, and academics. Election to the College is limited to lawyers who have both achieved preeminence in the field of commercial finance law and also contributed significantly to the education of others in commercial finance law through teaching, lecturing, or published writings.
