Legalweek Names Colleen Nihill 2026 Change Management Leader of the Year

The annual awards recognize law firms, in-house legal departments, service providers, and individuals that have demonstrated excellence in the development and implementation of innovative legal technology.
Colleen was recognized for leading the firm’s enterprise-wide AI operating model through AI Studio, which coordinates AI strategy and initiatives across the firm. These efforts include GenAI Foundations, an AI literacy program that requires lawyers and professional business staff to complete a structured, multi-module credentialing program prior to using AI tools in their work.
Through initiatives such as AI Studio roadshows, an internal AI-focused newsletter, and practice-specific pilots, Colleen and her team have supported the firm’s approach to AI adoption and training across its global platform.
