Morgan Lewis and Others Advise as Samsung Leads French AI Startup’s $3.5B Funding Round, Law.com International

Law.com International reported on Morgan Lewis’s role advising Samsung Electronics as the lead investor in Mistral AI’s €3 billion Series D financing, described as the largest equity financing round to date for a European technology company. The financing values the French artificial intelligence company at more than €21 billion.
