Grant W. Eskelsen

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Grant clerked at the United States Court of Federal Claims. At the Court of Federal Claims, he was responsible for advising three judges on complex civil litigation, including takings cases brought under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, tax refund suits, government contracts under the FAR and other regulations, and bid protests.

• Represented a utility in asset sale of commercial nuclear reactor, including $800M+ trust fund, for purposes of accelerated decommissioning
• Represented multiple US utilities and other companies with NRC or Agreement state licenses in obtaining NRC or Agreement State consent for corporate restructurings involving direct and indirect transfers of control
• Conducted internal audits and investigations into compliance with nuclear export control regulations for power reactors, non-reactor materials licenses, and medical isotope companies
