Kenneth J. Davis

Ken prepares and prosecutes patent applications, develops offensive and defensive strategies for active and potential litigation, conducts freedom-to-operate and due diligence assessments, and advises clients in the acquisition and transfer of intellectual property rights in the context of external innovation, joint development, licensing, and corporate transaction.

Ken has counseled clients in post grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office and in litigation in US District Courts, the US International Trade Commission, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ken was a licensed professional engineer and project director responsible for the design, installation, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems for the remediation and closure of hazardous and industrial waste sites under private sector and US government contracts.
