Kimberly B. Altschuler

Kim’s experience as a labor and employment litigator and counselor informs her approach to clients’ daily workforce challenges and enables her to create customized solutions to meet the needs of clients and their global workforces. Her experience conducting workplace training spans industries and employers of all sizes. She is also an experienced investigator and has conducted hundreds of neutral investigations of claims such as harassment, discrimination, code of conduct, whistleblower, retaliation, and other employee misconduct.

Kim has long represented clients in employment discrimination claims and traditional labor matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kim spent many years in the public sector, serving as an attorney-advisor at the US Department of Labor, where she counseled parties on a variety of labor, employment, and administrative laws, as well as a field attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, where she investigated labor disputes arising under the National Labor Relations Act. Kim then became a private practitioner focusing on all facets of labor and employment law at large firms in New York and Philadelphia.
