Michael R. Pfeuffer represents clients in outsourcing, commercial contracts, technology, and licensing matters. As part of his practice, Michael drafts and negotiates agreements in matters including software licensing, consulting and services, and intellectual property, as well as other technology-related agreements. Michael also supports business process outsourcing deals for functions such as information technology, finance and accounting, human resources, and procurement. Additionally, Michael supports sourcing and supply chain operations with manufacturing agreements, consulting and service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and supply and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael was a lawyer in the complex litigation practice of another prominent law firm where he represented clients in financial services litigation in US federal and state courts.
