Michelle M. Arra represents companies and individuals in civil and criminal investigations in response to inquiries from the US Department of Justice and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Michelle’s practice also focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation, where she represents entities in the financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare industries. Michelle also maintains a vibrant pro bono practice, and she is actively involved in various initiatives within the firm. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michelle served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Ronald S.W. Lew of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
