Morgan Lewis is a proud sponsor of the 4th edition of the SFIG RMBS Symposium, attended by more than 300 of the private label mortgage market’s most active investors, issuers, key regulators and service providers.
Washington DC partners Claudine Chen-Young and Jeffrey Johnson will act as speakers at the symposium. Claudine will be a speaker for the “Enforcement Part 1: Materiality & Sunset” session and Jeff will be a speaker for the “Disclosing Underwriting Exceptions” session.
The program will feature a combination of interactive discussions and educational presentations, providing a deeper understanding of the recent developments in the various RMBS 3.0 initiatives including the new Deal Agent framework, reps, warranties and enforcement standards, and data disclosure and due diligence best practices. Further, the symposium will closely examine what aspects of the RMBS 3.0 recommended best practices have been implemented to date, and what work remains ahead.
