Last week the US President signed three executive orders on border security, interior immigration enforcement, and national security aspects of immigration. In the coming days, he is expected to sign at least one more order relating to foreign worker visa programs. These orders, individually and together, will significantly impact the landscape of immigration adjudication and enforcement in the United States.

Please join us for a one-hour webinar to familiarize yourself with these orders and learn more about their potential impact on employers with multinational workforces.

Topics will include:

  • The temporary halt on admitting nationals from certain countries into the United States
  • The cessation of the Visa Interview Waiver Program
  • The potential revocation of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
  • The possible expansion of E-Verify
  • Potential changes to STEM Optional Practical Training and spousal employment authorization
  • The future of the H-1B program
