Litigation partner Tinos Diamantatos will speak at “Securities Law in the Trump Administration: Has Anything Changed?,” a program hosted by the Chicago Bar Association. The panel, “SEC Has Spoken: What Does that Mean?” will discuss developments in SEC Enforcement activity over the last year.
The discussion will be framed by the enforcement initiatives that were announced for 2017 at the annual SEC Speaks conference in February 2017 and look at how those priorities have changed in light of the latest pronouncements the SEC made for 2018.
