Resolution of Disputes Arising from Guarantees and Letters of Credit: New Developments in Arbitration and Litigation Practice

The Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – The World Business Organization (ICC Russia) will host a webinar on Resolution of Disputes Arising from Guarantees and Letters of Credit: New Developments in Arbitration and Litigation Practice. Partner Grigory Marinichev, a member of the ICC Russia Commission on Arbitration, will give a presentation titled “Protecting Creditors’ Rights in Bankruptcies of Banks Issuing Letters of Credit and Guarantees.”
