This webinar will provide an overview of regulation and litigation involving emerging contaminants—specifically, PFAS and 1,4-dioxane. Our panel will discuss the regulation of these substances at both federal and state levels, including pending legislation and regulatory developments, and challenges to some of the recent regulatory determinations. Presenters will also address the current litigation landscape.
