Financial Information Forum’s Spotlight Presentation on the SEC’s Recent Electronic Recordkeeping Rule Proposal

Partner Ignacio Sandoval and associate Kyle Whitehead spoke at the Financial Information Forum (FIF) where they provided an overview of the SEC’s recent rule proposal relating to electronic recordkeeping. FIF is an industry trade group comprised of over 100 broker-dealers, exchanges, and financial technology vendors. The group seeks to address and resolve open implementation issues that impact the securities industry across the order lifecycle.
