Partner Zane Memeger participated in a panel discussion on recent False Claims Act (FCA) updates at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI’s) Healthcare Law Institute 2023.
The panel—which included assistant US attorney and Deputy Chief of Affirmative Civil Enforcement for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Charlene Fullmer, and Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP partner, Pamela Brecht—discussed recent FCA decisions with perspectives from the US government, defense counsel, and relators.
PBI’s annual Health Law Institute is the premier event for health law professionals. The conference included two full days of in-person “create your own” content, allowing attendees to select from four different tracks of breakout sessions.
