Morgan Lewis Advises GSI Commerce on $2.4 Billion Acquisition by eBay

PHILADELPHIA, March 28, 2011: Today, eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) announced that it has agreed to acquire GSI Commerce (GSI) (NASDAQ: GSIC) for $29.25 a share, or a total consideration of $2.4 billion. GSI is a leading provider of ecommerce and interactive marketing services, and eBay is the world's largest online marketplace. Morgan Lewis served as legal advisor to GSI on the transaction.
