MOSCOW and LONDON, February 6, 2017: Morgan Lewis represented Nord Gold SE, the internationally diversified gold producer, on a $150 million facility from ING N.V. The deal was announced on December 28, 2016.
Nord Gold SE intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including financing capital expenditure and the refinancing of its existing debt facilities.
